Origin Story

The idea for 'Love God Big' emerged when Naomi read a 5-Day Bible plan titled "Loving God Big" by Living the Word on the YouVersion Bible App on February 22, 2024. The plan delved into Matthew 22:37-39, where Jesus instructs us to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind. By exploring the deeper meaning of this command, the plan illuminated how one can truly 'Love God Big'.

As Naomi prepared to relocate to Auckland for her studies, she prayed for guidance and a Christian flattie. God heard her prayers and led Naomi to the right person. During a video call, Naomi shared her uncertainties about her study offer, prompting her roommate to pray for her. The next day, Naomi receives a comforting Bible verse, Proverbs 3:5, encouraging her to trust in the Lord. Though initially uncertain, Naomi received repeated messages from the Lord, urging her to take a leap of faith and relocate. In just two days, she made the decision to move to Auckland, where she met her roommate in person.

Prompted by the Holy Spirit, Naomi confided in her flattie about her financial concerns regarding university tuition fees. She could explore either a service or product-based venture. Captivated by her love for fashion, Naomi gravitated towards the idea of selling clothing. As she sought inspiration on Pinterest, she stumbled upon Christian clothing, sensing a divine calling to emphasise such apparel in New Zealand.
